Delivery Coverage & Methods

• Nationwide Delivery: We deliver across the country through trusted courier services in Bangladesh.

• Heavy & Specialized Items: For certain machines, large orders, or heavy items, delivery methods may vary depending on product size and weight. In cases of significant quantities, home delivery may be facilitated by our own transport.

• Direct Supervision: When applicable, heavy items are delivered directly to the customer's premises under the direct supervision of the EcomartBD team, ensuring safe and secure delivery, InshaAllah.

Delivery Charges

The buyer is responsible for bearing the delivery expenses.

• Dhaka / Nationwide: The delivery charge is ৳90, with an ETA of 2 to 4 days.

• Note: Final delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order specifics.

Payment Methods & Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery: We offer a 100% Cash on Delivery (home delivery) facility for any product order up to ৳2,500 throughout Bangladesh. (Conditions apply).

Customer Responsibilities at Delivery

• Inspection upon Delivery: Customers are requested to inspect products in the presence of the delivery representative at the time of delivery. In the event of any discrepancy, defect, or if the wrong product is delivered, please contact our support team immediately.

• Note: Under no circumstances will a product be exchanged or returned after 24 hours once it has been successfully delivered.
